Favor cookies are more than just a sweet treat!  

Each one of our sugar cookies with hand piped royal icing decoration is a little work of art.  Use them to display on your dessert table, at dinner party place settings or as a thoughtful take home gift for guests to enjoy after the celebration ends.

Favor cookies are sold by the dozen and are individually wrapped in heat sealed bags.  Ribbon tied bows, favor tags and boxes can be added to personalize your gifting.  Favor cookies can be shipped or hand delivered to NYC clients.

Custom cookies are priced on intricacy of line work, color count and layering of details and generally fall in to 2 categories:

Lux designs range from $10-$18each, (sold by the dozen per design) have multiple layers, multiple colors or rainbow palettes, elements are formed by segments and details have micro piped line work. These are typically original designs created for the client’s event theme.  The cookies have edible mixed media like transfer pieces, edible images, fondant molded pieces, marker, hand painting & metallic accents.  As well as semi 3D flowers. Company logos and personalized text/names in complex font.

Basic designs range from $6-$9 each (sold by the dozen per design) have single icing layers, standard pipped line work, and minimum color palettes. Designs are customized from our pre-designed collection or inspired from an example.  Personalization can be done in basic piped text.

Policies regarding bookings, deposits and cancellations on cakes and cookies for local NYC delivery or pick up clients.

Orders must be paid in full or a deposit made at the time of ordering.   Bookings are first come first serve, requesting availability, pricing and info  does not guarantee or hold a spot on the schedule.  Your event & delivery date will have a temporary placement on our schedule while you are active in convos and replies through the booking process and will be pending for 1 day after invoice is issued.   Orders that are not paid within 1 day of the issued invoice will be canceled and removed from our bookings calendar.  

Deposits are only accepted for orders that are 3 months or more out.  Deposits are 50% of the order total and are non refundable. The remaining balance of the order is due 30 days prior to the delivery date (not the event date).  Orders balances that are not paid within one day of the issued balance invoice will be removed from our bookings calendar for non payment without a deposit refund.  

Cancellations policy:

– More than 31 days from the delivery date: Any amount paid over 50% of the order total will be refunded. 

– 30 days – 15 days from the delivery date: 50% refund of the full amount paid will be refunded.

– 14 days – 0 days from the delivery:  No refunds or credits on any amount will be issued.

Date changes are also considered a cancellation.  We will try to accommodate a new date after the initial date is booked and paid, but our availability is not guaranteed.  If we are not available for a new date a credit will be issued for the full amount paid to be used within 1 year of the original event. New event date availability is not guaranteed and should be requested 3 months in advance.
